1. Please switch auto forms mode to off.
2. Hit enter to expand a main menu option (Health, Benefits, etc).
3. To enter and activate the submenu links, hit the down arrow.
You will now be able to tab or arrow up or down through the submenu options to access/activate the submenu links.
Avoid long lines and use the convenient Appointment Check-in Kiosk to request Beneficiary Travel mileage reimbursement and submit claims for a current appointment or for any appointment in the last 30 days. By using the Check-in Kiosk, there's no wait in line to see a staff member.
Beneficiary Travel Kiosks are located at:
Baltimore VA Medical Center on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors
Perry Point VA Medical Center in Buildings 361, 23 and 80
All five VA outpatient clinics
Just follow these simple instructions at the Check-in Kiosk. 1. Select Request Beneficiary Travel on the Welcome Screen 2. Enter and confirm identity (Use your Veterans Health Identification Card [VHIC] card or manually enter your information)
Agree to conditions* Certify that the request is correct* 3. Sign, confirm, and submit request. Confirmation receipt will print at the kiosk 4. Choose to exit or do more…
Veterans who cannot complete their requests at the kiosk will be directed to a staff member for assistance.
Reasons you may be unable to use Kiosk for Beneficiary Travel and will be directed to a staff member:
*If you do not agree to the conditions and certify that the request is correct.
If you are requesting reimbursement for a date in which there was no appointment.
If your account is flagged with an address that needs updating.
If you have already submitted a reimbursement request for the selected dates.
