Burial Information and Benefits
Veterans and their spouses can get the latest information about VA burial benefits by calling the Baltimore VA National Cemetery at

Long-Term Care Information Line
Veterans and their family members who have questions about nursing home and long-term care programs and services available throughout the VA Maryland Health Care System can call the Long-Term Care Information Line at 410-642-1121.
To view lab results, receive wellness reminders, request medication refills, view upcoming clinic appointments, and communicate electronically with VA health care providers online, register for MyHealtheVet. To register for this online service, visit www.myhealth.va.gov. To gain access to some patient specific information, Veterans will be required to complete the one-time In-Person Authentication process. To access the VA online prescription refill service, you need to be a registered user of MyHealtheVet. To become a registered user, please visit the MyHealtheVet website at: www.myhealth.va.gov. Veterans Crisis Line

Telephone Care Line
Veterans who need medical advice or have questions about their medications can call the Telephone Care Line 24 hours a day, seven days a week by dialing 1-800-865-2441. Veterans who need to schedule a same day appointment can call the Telephone Care Line Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. by dialing 1-800-865-2441.
