The Baltimore VA Annex is a part of the Baltimore VA Medical Center and a division of the VA Maryland Health Care System.  Located three blocks from the Baltimore VA Medical Center, the Baltimore VA Annex is home to a number of administrative and clinical support operations for the health care system, in addition to offering a variety of outpatient services, Veteran resource programs, and clinical research activities.

The Baltimore VA Annex, which is just three blocks from the Baltimore VA Medical Center, is the newest addition to the VA Maryland Health Care System.  The Baltimore VA Annex offers over 60,000 square feet of leased space to augment the clinical, research and administrative programs and services at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.

The building is a seven story structure with over 60,000 square feet of space that was completely renovated to meet the needs of the VA Maryland Health Care System.  Initially constructed in 1920, the building still retains its original façade and many unique design features from the era, including exposed brick interior walls, large windows, overhead skylights and decorative window accents.
