Loch Raven VA New Expansion
The new $7.5 million addition has allowed the Loch Raven VA Community Living & Rehabilitation Center to expand its Kinesiotherapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Recreation Therapy programs to benefit Veterans throughout the state. The addition also houses a new Chapel, office space and a multi-purpose room.
The VA Maryland Health Care System celebrated the opening of its new 2,300-sqaure-foot addition to the Loch Raven VA Commuinty Living and Rehabilitation Center with a ribbon cutting photo opportunity and tour. The new $7.5 million addition has allowed the Loch Raven VA Community Living and Rehabilitation Center to expand its Kinesiotherapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Recreation Therapy area to benefit Veteran residents. The addition also houses a new Chapel, office space and a multi-purpose room. Senators Barbra Mikulski and Ben Cardin joined VA Maryland Health Care System Director Dennis H. Smith, Network Director Fernando Rivera, Acting Chief of Staff Dr. David Barrett, Deputy Chief of Staff Dr. Nara Simhan, Loch Raven VA Veteran patients and staff for the ribbon cutting to celebration the expansion.
