Telephone Care Line:
Veterans who need medical advice, have questions about their medications or need to schedule an urgent appointment can call the Telephone Care Line, Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. by calling 1-800-865-2441.
Prescription Refill Line:
To request a prescription refill or to check on the status of your prescription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call 1-800-463-6295, ext. 7395. Please have your Social Security and prescription numbers ready when calling and press option “2” for the Prescription Refill Line.

Suicide Prevention Hotline:
Veterans who may be contemplating suicide, or family members who have observed any suicidal behavior, are urged to call the VA’s 24-hour national suicide prevention hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
Billing Information:
If you have a question about a bill you received from the VA Maryland Health Care System, please call the VA Health Revenue Center at 1-866-393-0006, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
