Dear Mr. Smith:
We are writing this letter to express our appreciation for the assistance that Charles Brilliant gave us during our brother’s stay at the Baltimore VA Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center. He was cooperative, informative and caring. Because we live in New Jersey, it made it difficult for us to handle our brother’s affairs.
We want to express our appreciation and thanks for all that he did for us.
Sincerely Yours,
Helen M. Hauser & Family
Dear Mr. Smith:
I just want to take this time to thank each and every one of the staff who took care of my father, Kenneth Boyd Bloodsworth Sr., at the Perry Point VA Medical Center. I was always pleased with his care, as was he. He always spoke highly of everyone. I feel that in the last few months he was made to feel very comfortable. It was a blessing that the VA was there for him. He was thankful for your care and understanding during his illness. I could go on for days on how appreciative we are for all the staff at Perry Point.
Once again, thanks to all the staff at Perry Point. You will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
With great appreciation,
Kenda Parker and the Bloodsworth Family
Dear Mr. Smith:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your staff on Ward 3A at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.
I was an inpatient from March 24 – 28, 2007. The staff on this ward was outstanding. The obvious dedication to the care and well-being for the patients that your staff expressed in their actions was remarkable.
Again, I thank you and the staff on Ward 3A.
