This is to express my satisfaction of the way your Glen Burnie VA Outpatient Clinic has always handled my regular physicals.

I hardly had to wait to be seen by staff and physicians (which is pretty much unheard of in the commercial arena where you may have to wait 30 minutes or more after your appointed time to be seen by a physician).

The nursing staff was courteous and very efficient. The physician was likewise pleasant and thorough.

I don’t deal with the rest of the federal government system, so I can’t make any comments as to how they conduct business, but the VA certainly seems to be one branch that knows what it’s doing.
