Patient Advocates

We would like to thank you for choosing the VA Maryland Health Care System to serve your health care needs.  Our goal is to provide you with quality health care and outstanding customer service.
 
As you may have heard, the VA ranks much higher in quality health care and customer service than most other major health care systems.  One reason that the VA ranks higher in these areas is because we hold ourselves to a high level of performance.  For instance, the VA Maryland Health Care System regularly mails patient satisfaction surveys to many veterans.  With these surveys, any question answered less than excellent is considered unacceptable.  Only excellence is acceptable for our veterans and their families.  If you receive a VA satisfaction survey in the mail and you have a concern or need assistance, we would appreciate the opportunity to assist you. 

Additionally, if you have a problem receiving health care services, or you have a concern or compliment about the customer service provided by any of our staff members, please contact one of our Patient Advocates.  The following is a listing of the telephone numbers for the Patient Advocates who are available to assist you at each of our facilities throughout the VA Maryland Health Care System.
